Site Superintendent

Role Description

As part of our continued and measured growth, Tectonica is inviting an experienced Site Superintendent to join our team and play a leadership role in the delivery of our clients’ projects. Working primarily within a Construction Manager as Agent delivery model, the Site Superintendent is integral to maintaining the diligence, transparency, and quality that define our approach to construction management.

This position is responsible for leading all on-site activities from mobilization through commissioning and turnover. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate trades, manage logistics and sequencing, and ensure all work is executed in accordance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements. A strong focus on quality assurance, safety leadership, and proactive schedule management is essential.
