Position Summary

The Site Superintendent I (SS-I) is a full time, core site leadership role within Coldbox’s Project Delivery organization, responsible for the safe, organized, and predictable execution of assigned scopes or smaller design‑build projects.

The SS-I leads field execution on Coldbox design‑build projects, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, planning and sequencing work, and maintaining site discipline. On larger or more complex projects,...
