Become the Site SHE and Security Lead at dsm-firmenich and make a difference in ensuring a safe work environment. This role integrates strategic leadership with operational presence.
You will lead efforts to cultivate a culture of safety and health across the site. Collaborating closely with production teams and site leadership, implement the SHE management system and advise on best practices to fulfill DSM and local regulations effectively. Your role is pivotal in driving incident prevention strategies and promoting operational excellence.
