Site Services Supervisor

The Opportunity:

Supervises a team of inventory and/or material management associates performing routine and defined tasks supporting laboratory operations, while actively contributing to the team's operations. Sets day-to-day operational objectives and priorities for the team, ensuring alignment with broader operational plans and results. Reviews team performance and task outcomes to identify areas for improvement, implementing adjustments and recommending enhancements to work methods to increase the effectiveness of lab operations. Maintains communication with internal teams and customer contacts to foster collaboration, address issues, and ensure seamless support for ongoing lab activities. Facilitates engagement with stakeholders by understanding their needs and promoting shared solutions that enhance operational outcomes.
