Site Service Planner – Conveyor Belting

Reports To

UK Operations Manager

Role Purpose

The Site Service Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating conveyor belting service activities to ensure efficient deployment of belting fitters, minimal downtime for customers, and safe, compliant delivery of site services. The role acts as the key link between customers, site fitters, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling

  • Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and shutdown works for conveyor belting fitters across multiple sites
  • Allocate labour, equipment, and materials to jobs based on priority, skill requirements, and site conditions
  • Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs, adjusting plans as required
  • Coordinate shutdowns, belt changes, and major remedial works with customers
