Job Description

Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 per year, grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that rewards exceptional individual and team results.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, primarily daytime with flexibility for site needs, plus rotating on-call coverage for after-hours escalations.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily security operations at the site, setting the tone for professionalism, accountability, and concierge-level service.
• Coach, develop, and review your Security Leadership Team and shift supervisors, including semi-annual and annual performance reviews.
• Act as the key operational leader during incidents and emergencies — responding swiftly, making sound decisions, and protecting tenants, shoppers, guests, employees, and property.
