Lead and participate in daily toolbox talks and safety meetings.

Monitor job site activities and coach crews on safe work practices.

Complete daily safety observations, Step Cards, and Good Catch/Near Hit reports.

Assist with Job Safety Plans (JSPs) for high-risk activities.

Investigate incidents and support corrective action planning.

Maintain accurate EHS documentation and participate in emergency drills.
