Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure sub-contractors’ compliance with the contract, plans, specifications, regulations and standards.
• Ensure all materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications.
• Ensure the enforcement and compliance of safety standards at site.
• Record daily work progress.
• Report to superior of any site issue.
• Supervise the work of machine operator & general worker.
• Enhance safety awareness throughout construction period.
• Manage, monitor and control site construction to reduce material wastage, plant and machinery idling.
• Understand and coordinate Structural & Architectural Drawing.
