Site Reliability Engineer - US

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join one of our software-as-a-service clients on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Support cloud operations across Production, Customer Sales, and Professional Services environments, focusing on reliability and performance.

• Assist in defining and tracking SLIs/SLOs and participate in incident response activities.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of monitoring dashboards and alerts.

• Support managed and self-hosted databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.

• Perform routine DBA tasks including backups, restores, integrity checks, and performance troubleshooting.

• Contribute to automation for provisioning, patching, and deployments using IaC and scripting.
