Job Qualification:

• Technical support and troubleshooting:
• Work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
• Work experience with both web and mobile applications
• Good knowledge and understanding of Azure foundation components or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity in ServiceNow, Confluent, Akamai or Adobe services

Observability & monitoring:

• Work experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Appdynamics

Process improvements:

• Experience in process improvements or automations
• Experience in any programming languages such as Python/Java
• Demonstrate flexibility in managing changing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
