Job Description

Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of services from San Jose, Costa Rica. You will monitor systems, improve observability, and participate in incident response to minimize downtime.

You will develop runbooks, triage incidents, and collaborate with development and infra teams. Strong experience with Grafana/ELK/VictoriaMetrics, Linux, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure is required to reduce alert noise and improve reliability.
