Qualifications:
ITIL Processes: Incident, Problem & Change Management
Operating Systems: Linux/Unix & Windows Server
Production Support: On-call Support
Automation & Optimization: Automation Development, Capacity Planning & Performance Tuning
Scripting/Programming: Python, Perl, Bash, Java or C#
Databases & Data Handling: SQL Querying (SQL Server, Sybase, DB2), Data Troubleshooting & Resolution
Communication & Collaboration: Technical & Non-technical Stakeholder Communication
