Job Description

  • Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering and experience in ensuring system reliability and performance
  • Strong Troubleshooting and System Administration skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Familiarity with Software Development practices and the ability to collaborate with developers for robust system integration
  • Experience with Infrastructure design, optimization, and deployment
  • In-depth knowledge of monitoring tools and performance analysis
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment in Guadalajara, JAL
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
