Job Description

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise platforms through strong observability, monitoring, and incident management practices.

Must Have

  • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or Production Support Engineer
  • Strong experience with Observability and Monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (APM, dashboards, alerts)
  • Experience with ServiceNow (incident, problem, change management)
  • Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Nice to Have

  • CI/CD and release support experience
  • Experience with Kubernetes or container platforms
  • Experience in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments
