Roles and Responsibilities

• Participating in 24x7x365 shift coverage in support of Client’s most critical IT assets and services by coordinating major IT incidents, ensuring the right people are engaged to address the problem.
• Facilitating IT root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to identify root causes, assign action items, and ensure timely adherence to the RCA process by participants.
• Maintaining existing training and process documentation materials for IT reliability tools and processes.
• Reviewing incident, change, and reliability data for trends and provide summary of findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintaining regular contact with key technical teams that support organization’s most critical IT assets.
