Your tasks
Support and ensure that the implementation of the Site Quality System in accordance to the Voith Company Quality Policy and contractual requirements. Support and implement a continuous improvement system making sure that Root Cause Analysis and lessons learned are properly initiated and maintained at site. Work closely with the site installation team and Engineering to ensure that work is completed safely, in accordance with the quality standards, customer requirements, schedule, and budget. Ensure that all QA/QC inspections and tests are performed in accordance with the quality plan: participate in inspections according to the Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), secure the appropriate resources and coordinate tests performed by specialized service providers (e.g., non-destructive examiners (e.g., NDT)).
