Site Project Manager – Gartree Prison

This large FM and Maintenancepany is carrying out a major replacement of window grills on prison buildings. It will be working in a live prison environment, so it will be challenging at times.

The contract is anticipated to be 25 weeks. You will have to pass full prison vetting, so a clean criminal record is essential (including cautions). This role is due at mid-end of August and so, applications are open now so that vetting canmence. If you already have EL1 vetting, that would be advantageous.

About You

You will need to hold SMSTS or SSSTS, First aid, building trade qualification – local to the Market Harborough area – all essential.Desirable – NVQ 6 diploma site management, IOSH,

This is weekly paid at £250 to £275 per day, PAYE + holiday pay. Please note we cannot pay Under CIS Umbrella or LTDpany.
