Job Description
- Update weekly progress report.
- Attend weekly meeting with client.
- Planning, implementation and tracking of ICT projects.
- Assist in coordinating internal resources and third parties or vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Assist in developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Assist in performing risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive and structured project documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
- Ability to travel to various job sites when required.
- Excellent in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel etc.
- Able to work overtime.
