Job Description
Our client, a multinational medical device manufacturer, is currently looking for a Site Planning Manager to join their team on afull-time, permanent basis. The Site Planning Manager is responsible for leading and managing the planner activities for the Waterford manufacturing site.
This is a fully on-site position based outside of Waterford City.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the local planning team and oversee all core planning activities.
Maintain and improve the site S&OP process, ensuring timely and accurate supply visibility for all stakeholders
Monitor DC SKU inventory daily, managing levels against targets and minimising excess.
Develop efficient production schedules that balance customer demand, capacity utilisation, and inventory goals.
Drive customer satisfaction by tracking and acting on key metrics such as fill rates, backorders, and replenishment performance.
