Site Performance Manager

Position Overview

The Site Performance Manager is responsible for helping customers achieve lower total cost of ownership and increasing the physical availability of key critical fleets. The role works closely with customers and internal Finning teams to drive results focused on customer satisfaction, mine site productivity, and lowest cost per tonne. The position collaborates in partnership with the CAT Physical Availability Manager and supports sites such as Fort Hills, Albian, Basemine, and Aurora.
