Site Operator / Charging Station Manager Location: NOIDA Salary: As per experience Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Site Operator / Manager for our EV Charging Site. During the initial site setup phase (approximately the first month), the candidate will focus on business development activities, including customer acquisition and sub-dealer onboarding. Once the site becomes operational, they will manage day-to-day charging station operations and customer support. Key Responsibilities Pre-Operations Phase (First Month): Identify and onboard potential customers for EV charging services. Develop and manage relationships with local sub-dealers and referral partners. Generate leads and support business development activities.
