At Panda, our sites play a key role in helping customers manage waste safely, responsibly and efficiently.
We’re looking for a reliable and hard‑working Site Operative to support the day-to-day running of our operation. This is a practical, hands‑on role where you’ll help sort, prepare, move and store waste safely, while keeping the site clean, organised and operating efficiently.
As a Site Operative , you’ll be part of a busy site team where safety, teamwork and attention to detail matter every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sorting, bulking and preparing waste for off‑site disposal
- Baling plastic waste and supporting the preparation of recyclable materials
- Bulking items such as paint tins and aerosols safely and correctly
