Soiltechnics are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join one of the leading companies specialising in ground‑related risk management and building fabric investigation, based in our Northampton office.

The role of the Field Site Operative offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company.

The role is a physically demanding role with manual handling tasks and involves visiting sites nationwide to undertake various investigations such as:

• Excavation of trial pits by hand
• Operating hand tools including breakers
• Assist in moving equipment and plant from one location onto subsequent investigation points
• Undertake soil sampling as directed by the site engineer
• Diamond coring
• Any other duties related to the investigation process as required
