Cast UK are partnering with a high-growth, ventured-backed scale-up to find their next Site Operations Lead. This is a key leadership role within the organisation that will lead, grow and develop the team as well as introduce new processes.
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead and develop high-performing operational teams during a period of rapid headcount growth, including recruitment, onboarding and structured training plans for new starters.Coach and mentor supervisors and team leaders, developing internal talent and creating clear progression pathways as the site scales.Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous learning across all shifts and departments.Design, document and embed robust SOPs and standard operating procedures that bring consistency as the site grows from a smaller, more informal operation.
