Site Operations Coordinator

Source and identify suitable locations for BSC Locker installations and submit site proposals for management review and approval.

Serve as the liaison between the Management Office, Leasing Teams, Landlords, and Legal Representatives to coordinate site approvals and documentation.

Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure suitability for locker placement.

Attend site visits with contractors and assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) for quotation purposes.

Prepare Letters of Offer (LOO) and Tenancy/License Agreements in collaboration with the Legal team, including negotiation of terms and conditions with relevant stakeholders.
