Job Description
I am looking for someone to create a site map for 7 apartment communities at 7 different locations. I will provide the locations and information. You will then need to create a marketing friendly map.
Additionally, we are looking for someone to create apartment floorplans. Our current floorplans need some brushing up to make it look up to date.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: QGIS, Landscape Master Planning, Urban Planning, 2D Landscape Drawing, Map Illustration, Master Planning, 3D Landscape Rendering, Site Plan, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Real Estate, VectorWorks, Landscape Design, Landscape Design Consultation, Urban Illustration
