An established and highly successful volume house builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a new 90-unit residential development in Witham, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and quality-focused Site Manager to join a respected developer with a strong pipeline of projects across the region.


The Role


Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion

  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
