Join our team as Site Manager, overseeing maintenance, security and health & safety across our school site.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation, security and maintenance of the school site.
Act as the main key holder, including responding to emergency call-outs when required.
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and general DIY tasks.
Complete routine health and safety checks and maintain accurate compliance records.
Monitor and maintain site systems including heating, lighting, alarms and CCTV.
Oversee contractors, obtain quotations and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Supervise the cleaning and site team and maintain high standards across the premises.
Manage deliveries, stock, waste and general site logistics.
Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
