Job Description
Astute’s Power team is partnering with a city-scale, low-carbon heat networks operating across the UK to recruit a Site Manager on a 9-month contract for its Bradford location.
The Site Manager comes with a rate of between £350-£400 per day.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards for DHN construction, including conducting thorough site inspections.
- Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
- Review RAMS, method statements, and construction phase plans
- Monitor programme progress and manage critical path activities by identifying and mitigating risk associated with the project timeline and budget
- Supervise subcontractors and address potential operational issues efficiently
- Coordinate with utility providers, local authorities, and third-party contractors.
