Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a $100M+ luxury residential apartment development in Cronulla on an initial 6-month contract.

This project is entering the critical final stages of delivery, and we require a hands-on Site Manager to oversee the finishes, defects, commissioning, and handover process, ensuring a high-quality product is delivered to clients and purchasers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all finishing trades and subcontractors across multiple levels.
• Drive programme and productivity to achieve key completion milestones.
• Coordinate defects management, commissioning, and authority approvals.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are maintained throughout the finishing stages.
