We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee internal works on social housing schemes across the North East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment and compliance works within occupied and void properties.

The ideal candidate will come from a gas, heating, or internal refurbishment background , with strong experience managing trades and subcontractors within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple housing schemes
• Overseeing internal works including heating, gas, kitchens, bathrooms, and general refurbishments
