With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial and leisure sectors, the company has secured a new-build restaurant development in Preston and is looking for a driven individual to lead the project on site.
Your New Role
As Site Manager, you will operate as the No.1 Manager on site, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of a new-build restaurant project from inception through to completion.Key responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day site operations
Leading subcontractors and site teams
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
Coordinating all site activities and project logistics
