Site Manager Remedial

Gough Recruitment has an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a live Class 2 remedial project. You’ll be leading day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring high‑quality delivery, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction on a complex refurbishment of an existing residential building.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate trades on site, ensuring workmanship meets required standards and project milestones.

Manage daily site activities including scheduling, quality checks, progress tracking and subcontractor supervision.

Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams, maintaining clear communication around progress and site requirements.

Identify and resolve onsite issues quickly, applying strong problem‑solving skills.

Maintain all site documentation, records and compliance requirements.

Uphold WHS standards and foster a safe, productive site environment.
