Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day performance at a high-availability facility supporting large-scale compute infrastructure. This role is ideal for a leader who understands how complex electrical, mechanical, and facility systems work together and who can guide technical teams to operate them safely, reliably, and to standard.

This is not a tools-in-hand engineering role. It's a leadership and oversight position requiring strong operational judgment, the ability to challenge technical teams, and the confidence to lead incident response, risk management, and site-level decision-making.
