Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations and ensuring operational efficiency at the Pakenham site. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality, competitively priced products to our customers while maintaining safe and environmentally sustainable workplaces

The Role

• To manage and control all site operations through: -Ensuring a safe workplace where risks are identified, assessed and mitigated to ensure the health and safety of our employees
• Plan and deliver effective resources to achieve site goals including OHS&E compliance, production targets, quality assurance, budget control and labour resources.
