Responsibilities
- Make decisions and recommendations in order to achieve operational and cost-effective results, prevent delays in assigned work, and eliminate the risk of considerable expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds.
- P&L responsibility
- Develop the innovative and initiative of DC and transport operation
- Commercial reviews, Business planning and budget setting
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer and subcontractors
- Proactive customer management
- Provides support and coordination to peers on the implementation of company policies, programs and initiatives required of his/her involvement
- Develop and implement best practice standard working procedure
- Compliance with SOP manual
- Compliance with QA and HSE policy
