Right now, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our residential project in Oldtown.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget as agreed by effectively and appropriately overseeing all issues surrounding risks, contracts, operations and communications
• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site
• Review high-level deliverables across site
