Site Manager – New Build Housing
Newark
£28.54 per hour (Umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading national housebuilder on a large-scale residential development in Newark.


This is a fast-paced, high-volume site with over 300 plots, so applicants must have proven experience managing busy new build housing developments and delivering programmes to tight deadlines.


Requirements:

  • SMSTS

  • CSCS Black Card

  • First Aid at Work

  • Proven experience on large-scale residential developments (300 plots)

  • Strong health & safety knowledge

  • Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme targets in a high-pressure environment
