Job Description
The Project-in-Charge is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and completion of retrofitting, fit-out, and civil/architectural construction activities. The role ensures that all works are delivered in accordance with approved plans, specifications, safety standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Prepare detailed work schedules, manpower loading, and activity sequencing.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP plans to ensure constructability and alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding all technical and operational matters.
- Conduct site orientation and pre-start meetings to align all stakeholders.
