SA - Mpumalanga, MalelaneR 70 000 - R 80 000 Our client is looking for a Site Manager for they site about an hour from MalelaneMinimum requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Blasting/Mining or Civil Engineering

  • DMRE Opencast Blasting Ticket.

  • MQA Surface Rock Breaking Certificate. 01/07/2009 to 31/05/2017

  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ drilling and blasting within the mining industry.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing drill and blasting teams, 40+ employees on shift system.
    Basic knowledge of Drill Rigs, specifically Sandvik Di550 and Di650

  • Experience with the use of electronic and pyrotechnic initiation systems.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Planning and detailed execution of plans.

  • Safety driven, effective multi – tasking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
