The Role:
Evolve Talent are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading builder-developer delivering premium high-rise residential projects across the Gold Coast.
With two luxury residential developments currently underway in Main Beach and another major project commencingin January, this is an opportunity for a proven construction professional to take ownership of complex, high-end apartment projects from structure through to completion.
This role is suited to a hands-on Site Manager with strong structural experience across high-rise residential construction, who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality, maintaining programme certainty, and creating premium residential outcomes.
Working closely with the Project Management team, consultants, and key stakeholders, you will lead all on-site operations and play a key role in delivering the company’s portfolio of luxury developments.
