Salary: £48,000 – £60,000
Project: £8.5m Steel Frame New Build Industrial Scheme
A regional principal contractor based in Hertfordshire is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join its established team. The business delivers new build and refurbishment projects up to £15 million and is known for its family‑owned stability, long‑standing client relationships and a supportive environment that encourages progression and long‑term career development.
This position is managing the construction of an £8.5 million steel frame industrial new build in Luton, commencing August 2026 and completing in 2027. The contractor is seeking a Site Manager with strong steel frame and new build experience who can take ownership of a complex structure from groundworks through to final finishes.
