Site Manager

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Start Date: Immediate – July 2026

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the construction and successful delivery of a residential apartment development comprising three apartment blocks :

• Two 3-storey apartment blocks
• One 4-storey apartment block
• 34 residential units in total

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional with a proven track record in managing multi-unit residential developments, particularly apartment and flat construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations from commencement through to completion.
