Site Manager â Commercial Fit Out | Isles of Scilly | £10m Project
Location: Isles of Scilly (stay-away role, MondayâFriday)
Salary: £50,000â£55,000 + package (DOE) | Freelance day rate: £280â£320 (DOE)

An established main contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and refurbishment projects across the South West is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a £10m commercial build and refurbishment scheme on the Isles of Scilly.
The Role
Working under a site-based Project Manager, you will take ownership of the internal fit out stages of the project through to completion. This is a hands-on management role, ensuring quality, programme, and safety standards are maintained across all internal works packages.
