Are you an experienced Freelance Site Manager looking for a well-defined refurbishment project in West Yorkshire? A respected refurbishment contractor is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee the £1.5 million conversion of an existing property into high-quality apartments in Huddersfield.
Starting in September 2026, the project is programmed for 30 weeks and offers the opportunity to take ownership of a substantial residential refurbishment from mobilisation through to completion. As Freelance Site Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining programme momentum, coordinating trades and ensuring the finished apartments meet the required quality standards.
