About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a complex adaptive reuse project in Cremorne, NSW.

This $10 million project involves the transformation of a heritage-listed three-storey building into three high-end residential residences across four levels, including loft conversions within the existing roof space. The project originally commenced in 2014, with partial demolition, excavation, structural remediation, lift pit construction and slab works completed before works ceased approximately 10 years ago. The site has remained vacant since.

You will play a critical role in recommencing and delivering the remaining works, ensuring structural integrity, heritage compliance, and premium residential finishes are achieved to the highest standard.
