Site Manager - York
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee high‑spec commercial fit‑out projects across Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market‑leading business delivering fast‑paced, high‑quality commercial schemes within a Tier 1 environment. The successful candidate will have a strong Design & Build background and proven experience managing site operations from initial set‑up through to project completion and handover.
Key Requirements
- Tier 1 fit‑out or major commercial refurbishment experience
- Strong health & safety management and site coordination skills
- Experience managing subcontractors, labour and site teams
- Ability to drive programmes and ensure projects are delivered on time
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills
- Proven track record delivering fast‑paced commercial projects
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS required
