Site Manager

A mid-sized regional construction company working in the commercial, aged care, low rise, interiorsand industrial space is viewed byseveral as reliable and a trusted main contractor. They build generally across $500k-$30m across new build offices, warehouses, childcare, industrial units, aged care facilities and accompanying fitouts.

You must have 8+ years or more site based commercial construction management experience in NZ and be able to show a history of working on projects that ideally involve concrete, pre-cast, structural steel and interior fit-out.
