Site Manager - Access & External Works Project (Halesowen)
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming external works project in Halesowen.
Project Scope:
Installation of an accessible ramp
Driveway resurfacing works
External groundworks and associated civils
Minor enabling and finishing works
Requirements:
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
CSCS Card
Proven experience delivering external works / groundworks / refurbishment projects
Strong health & safety management and subcontractor coordination
Ability to manage sequencing of civils and finishing trades
Role Responsibilities:
Day-to-day site management and coordination
Overseeing groundworks and surfacing subcontractors
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Managing programme and site progress
Liaising with client and stakeholders
Location:
