Overseeing the activities and inspections carried out by the service facility on railway vehicles,
Customer contact in terms of operations and complaints,
Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the service system by service employees,
Overseeing the coverage of KPIs, including controlled vehicle shutdown times during complaint submissions,
Initiating and liaising with suppliers regarding expected updates, upgrades, points, and advertising applications,
Overseeing ECM and service documentation.
How You Will Contribute
Knowledge of English is a necessary condition,
Finnish language skills welcome,
Ability to work with technical documentation (technical drawing, electrical diagram),
Organizational skills and teamwork,
Leadership experience,
Completed technical education, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification,
